shopping - Project 10 Pan Update number 2 :)
So guys, I've been doing pretty well with my P10P, so here is a few more reviews about what I used up :D
Spa Resource Vanilla Hand Lotion:
I liked this product. It was very thick and moisturising. The smell was pretty, though it could smell a bit sweeter for vanilla, but that didn't bother me too much. I think what bothered me the most was the packaging. My goal was to get out every little bit of this product and in order to do that, I had to bend, twist, and squish the packaging. This made it very unattractive to carry around and since the packaging is thick plastic and a sticker, it looked really bad. If you don't mind the struggle to used this up completely, or the appearance of packaging, this is a good product overall, and If I bought it in a bigger size without the weird packaging, I would buy it again.
Spa Resource Very Berry Body Lotion:
What is with Spa Resource and their packaging?! I liked this product as well, it had a pleasant smell, kind of like strawberry jell-o, which I liked. It went on smoothly and while it's not the thickest lotion, it was nice to put on while I was mindlessly on the computer or watching tv so I knew I was getting some moisture into my skin. But when it came down to using it all up, the screw-off cap and jug shaped bottle got to me. I let it sit upside down for days, I stuck my pinky in the bottle trying to get product, I slammed the bottle against my table. Nothing would get the rest of this product out of the bottle. Granted, there wasn't a whole lot, though I did want to use it up. Finally I just gave up. Once again, if they changed the dumb packaging or I bought a different size with different packaging, I would repurchase for the product, though I've got a billion lotions already, right now.
La Senza Hand Sanitizer:
Does what it claims to do. Smells so so so nice, I used up the one in Coconut Kiss. I used it in class and the cute kid beside me told me I smelled like Mexico. (compliment?) It doesn't feel drying and does leave a clean feeling afterwards. I would repurchase, definitely. I bought these when they were on sale for 5 for $5 though, so I've got many back-ups already :)
Aquafina Chap Stick:
I HATED this. Hated it. Before I started P10P I would use this only sometimes, and I never noticed it bothering me. But when I began using it everyday, it drove me nuts. It leaves this weird grainy residue on my lips. Not visible, but you can definitely feel it when you put more on or you rub your lips together. I can't even continue to use this up, it's so bad. It's raspberry scented so it does smell nice, but it does nothing for my lips, and even if it does keep them hydrated, having this gross feeling on my lips isn't worth it. The residue has to be scrubbed off as well, not fun. I will NEVER repurchase this. ew.
